Terms of Service

ContentLead AI is a subscription platform that lets businesses generate social media captions and scripts, static images and short AI videos. Output is produced by third-party AI models and is provided for you to review, edit and use at your discretion.

• You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account is for one business. Do not share logins across organisations.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.

You must not use ContentLead AI to create, upload or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or discriminatory.
• Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Depicts a real person without their permission, including deepfakes or misleading endorsements.
• Is sexually explicit, or depicts or exploits minors.
• Is deceptive or misleading in trade, or breaches the Australian Consumer Law or advertising standards.
• Contains malware, or is used to spam, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.

You must not resell, sublicense or provide the service as a white-labelled product without our written agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

You retain ownership of the prompts, logos and reference images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service and deliver your results.

Subject to your account being in good standing, you own the output you generate and may use it commercially. AI output is not unique — similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output for accuracy, brand suitability and legal compliance before publishing it.

• Free accounts include 5 generations per calendar month in total.
• Starter (A$49 per month) and Pro (A$79 per month) are recurring subscriptions billed in advance. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the Plans & billing page. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund rules.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal.

Unlimited plans are subject to fair use. We may apply reasonable rate limits or queueing to protect service quality. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may perform maintenance or change features from time to time.

The platform depends on third-party AI, hosting and payment providers. Their availability, pricing or policies may change, and we may substitute providers to keep the service running.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and other than for liability that cannot be excluded:

• The service and its output are provided "as is". We do not warrant that output will be accurate, original, or fit for a particular marketing purpose.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (where permitted) to resupplying the service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the platform ends and we may delete stored content after a reasonable period.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
