Privacy Policy

We only collect information that we need to run the service:

• Account information — your email address and authentication details when you create an account.
• Brand profile — business name, brand tone, brand colour, logo and any website, phone number or email address you choose to save.
• Content you create — prompts you enter and the captions, images and videos generated from them.
• Billing information — subscription plan and status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and basic usage logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.
• Feedback — messages and ratings you send us through the Request Features form.

• To provide, operate and improve the ContentLead AI platform.
• To generate content you request and store it in your Creations library.
• To apply your brand profile automatically to your generations.
• To process subscriptions, payments and enforce plan limits.
• To respond to support requests and feedback.
• To detect, prevent and investigate misuse, fraud or security incidents.
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train our own AI models.

To generate content, your prompts, saved brand details and any reference images you upload are sent to third-party AI providers acting as our processors. We also use service providers for hosting, database storage, payments and email. These may include:

• AI generation providers for text, image and video output.
• Cloud hosting and database providers for storage and authentication.
• Stripe for payment processing.
• Resend for transactional email.

Some of these providers process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we disclose information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your session and maintain security. We may also use limited analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the product.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from staying signed in to the platform.

Your data is stored on secured, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Generated files are held in private storage accessible only to your account. We use encryption in transit, row-level access controls and least-privilege access for our systems.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records (for example, tax and billing records, typically for seven years).

You may at any time:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Request deletion of your account and associated content.
• Withdraw consent to optional communications.
• Ask how your information has been disclosed.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

ContentLead AI is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continuing to use ContentLead AI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
